pip value (account ccy) = ÷ account-per-quote rate

Fix the pip size
One pip is 0.0001 for most pairs and 0.01 for JPY crosses.

GBP/USD, 0.5 lot: 0.0001 × 50,000 = 5.00 USD per pip.

Convert to your account currency
Account in EUR at EUR/USD 1.0850: 5.00 ÷ 1.0850 ≈ 4.61 EUR per pip.
